What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the camper van?

The default pick-up time is 3 pm and the drop-off time is 11 am. If you would like to request an alternative time, please reach out and we'll happily check the schedule to see if we can accommodate!

Where do I pick up the van?
A.
You'll pick up the van at our shop where there will be ample time and space to walk through the van and answer any questions. If you're flying into Anchorage, we are just a 9-minute Uber from the Airport. We'll send you the address upon booking.
Q.
What can I expect at check-in and check-out?
A.
Check-in (30 minutes+) includes signing contracts, verifying licenses, walk-through of the vehicle, a brief driving test, and answering any questions you have for your trip. Check-out (15 minutes) includes a very brief contract signing and a quick walk-through of the vehicle. Vehicles are required to be returned with a full tank of gas.
