We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day, that is why is it important that you bring the RV back to us by 11AM so the next guest can rent it without any delays.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No exceptions.

Proactive in guest accommodation
The host team provides alternative RVs at no extra cost for guests arriving before their reserved time. Check-in/out is generally easy, but after-hours communication for early pickup can be challenging, and basic amenities are sometimes missing.
Reliable and comfortable ride
The RV is clean, runs well, and provides a comfortable experience with good linens. However, the kitchen is sparse, basic items (e.g., dishcloths) are often missing, and leveling blocks are not provided. Minor maintenance is sometimes noted.

3.0We had minor difficulty finding the place using google, but were able to figure it out. Check in was ez as was the orientation. The fully equipped kitchen is sparse, but we made it work. All of the linens were good. The unit was clean, but in need of some minor maintenance. Everything worked. My only complaint was there were no leveling blocks. Neither spot we camped was very level. It would have been nice to be able to level the camper out. We had difficulty finding a place to get the propane tank filled. We went 3 places and everyone was out of propane. In the end, we returned it without filling the propane tank. As we were leaving we saw another service station catty corner from the rental place wish we would have tried there and called it good if they were out. Check out was a breeze. Over all it was a good experience.

4.0Delivery/Pickup did not occur until 4 rather than 3 due to prior renter being late to drop off. Other than that RV and staff were very good.

5.0RV was almost perfect. It would have been most helpful for host to provide one dishcloth, one tea towel and a very small bottle of dish detergent. Very expensive to purchase for one week of usage! But sorely missed.

4.0Our trip was great! We did get off to a rough start, our RV was not ready when we arrived at the Rental shop. They did put us up in another RV and then we had to wait the next day for ours to be ready. Other than that, everything was great! Billie Jo Farabaugh

4.0The RV was everything we expected… clean, ran well, comfortable. I would have given 5 stars: coffee maker, toaster, firewood etc was extra. Reserved the RV a night earlier and were given a number to call after hours nobody responded for almost 45 minutes, got there and the taxi driver left us. So we walked to a hotel. Very kind and nice people. Costed us a hotel and RV for the same night, exactly what we were trying to avoid.

5.0It was an over the top outstanding experience. We were able to be in the midst of the beautiful sites in Alaska. RV camping allows for you to get everywhere, comfortably. Everyone should add it to their bucket list of life experiences. Enjoy your journey!
