Please request in advance and additional charges will apply.Furthermore, this RV is equipped with a freshwater hose and a sewage disposal hose. I provide disposable rubbers gloves, complementarily.No smoking in RV. No climbing on roof. No driving on gravel or sand roads, occasional side road okay. No fish processing in RV.Please understand that Pick Up Time is 3PM and Drop Off Time is 11AM. We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day, that is why is it important that you bring the RV back to us by 11AM so the next guest can rent it without any delays.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. Everything was wonderful! Excellent staff and thoroughly walked us through the motor home. Greatest experience ever.

The systems all worked fine but the upper bunk was wet and we had to buy a plastic sheet to cover it. The table is obviously a retrofit and did not fit the table bed. We had to prop it up with an ice chest. It was marketed to sleep 6 but only came equipped for 4 and when we paid extra for a 5th person we only received one sheet, one pillow with case and one blanket. I specifically asked about a coffee pot and was assured it was included and it was not. I would NOT recommend this company

Overall the unit was functional, everything worked. However it was not well equipped ie. no coffee pot, no coffee cups and nothing that you could safely put in the microware oven and no 15 amp adapter. Ali and his staff were very accommodating polite and service orientated. We do have one complaint, when I called on Monday August 2 about 9 am to see when we could pick up our motorhome I was told that it would not be ready until 3 pm that afternoon, which is totally unacceptable as we would have wasted a day doing nothing.
After making a phone call to Outdoorsy we were able to resolve this issue and left the lot by 10:30.
We had a very enjoyable time in Alaska.
We would recommend renting a Motorhome to our friends and will do it again.
