2007 Coachmen Freelander

The 2007 Coachmen Freelander 30-foot is a well maintained and reliable motorhome to see Alaska. It has inside storage cabinets and outside bins with locks and keyed access.This unit includes a generator, fresh water tank black and grey waste tanks, fresh water pump for shower/toilet/sinks, hot water heater, coach battery system, heater, fridge, freezer, and other amenities that you can expect from a well equipped motorhome. It is also equipped with a stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a full kitchen set with a coffee pot, pots and pans, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils. It comes with an electrical shore power cord and adaptor for plugging in at campgrounds, waste tank drain hose, hose for filling the fresh water tank, and up to 8 camp chairs.Year: 2007, Engine: 6.0L V8, Transmission: Automatic, Air conditioner, sleeps up to 8 people: rear bedroom sleeps 2, dinette converts into a bed and sleeps 2 (great size for kids), overhead queen bunk sleeps 2, fold out couch sleeps 2.Other: motorhome also come with basic cleaning supplies, roll of paper towels, set of toilet paper, broom and swiffer sweeper.Optional Bedding package includes: up to 4 sets of sheets, 4 comforters, 8 pillows, 8 towels.Optional Pickup/drop off: We offer complimentary Anchorage airport or hotel pick up and drop off during business hours 8AM to 6 PM. With advance notice, their may be a fee if you need a drop or pickup 6PM to 8AM. We may also arrange to park it at our storage lot and use a secure keybox for your late arrival access. Please contact us for details.Optional clean and dump fee at the end of your trip: For a fee and with advance notice, we will clean the inside, wash the outside, top off the fresh water and empty the black and gray tanks.Insurance: Your automotive insurance on our motorhome might be allowed under special circumstances, and we will need a written binder directly from your insurance company. For a fee we can always provide insurance. Our vehicle insurance includes collision, comprehensive, and liability with a $1000 deductible, depending upon which insurance is selected and paid for.We ask that all units are returned with topped off gasoline and propane.

We are a family run motor home RV Motorhome and Camper Van rental business based in Anchorage Alaska. We rent most all season long with rates as low as $130/day on some units. We have basic camper vans sleeping two and all the way up to 30 foot class C RV motorhomes with slides that sleep up to eight. With unlimited miles, free generator use, free kitchenware, free airport or hotel pickup and drop-off, optional bedding and insurance, we are your one stop shop for Anchorage Alaska RV rentals. Book early to get the peak summer dates reserved now.

Wheelbase/Outdoorsy insurance requires ALL drivers to be verified in advance of rental. Please check your emails.
Unless noted in the contract, return the RV motorhome as you found it, clean and full of gas and propane.
RETURN to storage lot by APPOINTMENT ONLY 907-602-6604. Early returns are allowed, however we do not make any refunds for early returns.
Late returns are charged up to $100/hour at Alaska Family Motorhomes sole discretion.
OPTIONAL CLEAN and DUMP: If you paid the optional clean and dump fee, please top off gasoline and propane. We will do the rest.
If you did not pay the optional clean and dump fee, please return RV As you found it… with fresh clean of the inside, fresh wash of bugs/dirt on the outside (RV car washes are listed on dash and in the RV Manual), empty Black and Gray sewage tanks. Have the fresh water tank, gas tank and propane tank filled. NOTE: Basic cleaning products, broom and Swiffers are included to help you keep it clean.
OPTIONAL BEDDING PACKAGE: Bedding package of sheets, pillows, comforters and towels are available. Please leave any clean, unused bedding in the clear plastic bags provided. Please put dirty sheets and towels into a pillowcase. AFM will wash them at the end of your trip.
These are NO SMOKING motorhomes. If there is a strong odor of any kind, such as smoke, fish, cooking, etc, there will be an extra cleaning fee.
No climbing on the roof. No open bottle or drinking allowed in any motorhome while in motion or with keys in the ignition..
We pride ourselves in clean, excellent operating RV motorhome rentals. However, things happen or break and sometimes we are not informed by the previous customer. If it is a minor issue under $100 total, we will reimburse you. If there is a breakdown on the road we have several roadside assistance options that may apply, such as Allstate, RVShare, GoodSams or optional (pre-paid) Coach-Net. We will work hard to get you back on the road ASAP. At our option, we could send a mechanic to you or pay for a local mechanic or swap out the motorhome or refund pro rated rent. We will work hard to correct any issue and also to gain your repeat business.
TWO WEEKS prior to arrival, make sure your insurance binder is faxed in OR our insurance is paid for and all drivers are verified.
TWO DAYS prior to arrival, please text (or call) us with your Anchorage arrival time. Pay your balance due and deposit to make things faster upon arrival.
DAY OF ARRIVAL, text (or call) the primary local TEXT/cell phone number 907-602-6604 or alternate Text number 907-223-9351 at your last stop before Anchorage.
UPON ANCHORAGE ARRIVAL, text (or call) the primary local phone number 907-602-6604 and we will arrange to pick you up at the airport at a designated location, probably near the people mover bus stop in front of baggage claim door number 8 at the island.
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, Please complete an inspection of this RV and make note of any major defects here______________________________
