Joel adjusted airport pickups for flight delays and provided transport to an Airbnb. He was quick to respond to questions and offered solutions during vehicle issues, including a portable generator.

The RV was often clean and accurately described. However, one guest reported a non-functional generator (leading to no internal A/C/microwave power) and a faulty engine A/C vent, though the owner provided a portable generator.

5.0Joel was awesome, we experienced flight delays and he was still able to pick us up when we arrived. The Chugach Cruiser was clean and in tip top condition. Everything was as described and Joel was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Hosts like this is what helps make a vacation remarkable and memorable.
