Couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle for our roadtrip. Thomas’s van was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Gas mileage was great too! Would highly recommend booking through Thomas and will definitely do it again in the future.

I had a wonderful time living a nomadic lifestyle for a week in Alaska. Thomas communicated greatly and was friendly and informative. The van had everything my husband and I needed. Warm blankets and pillows, a two burner propane grill, plates and silverware, towels and washcloths, and good gas mileage. 10/10 recommend Thomas and his van to anyone. Book the Trip. Avoid this rental at all costs. I knew I was renting a 20-year-old van, so I expected some wear and tear. What I didn't expect was a vehicle in such poor condition that the door literally came off its hinges while we opened it normally, causing the entire window to shatter. A door should NOT be falling off the hinges. This wasn't driver error—it was a maintenance failure. The sheets were also dirty and had clearly not been washed. We slept ontop of them the entire vacation. Instead of taking responsibility, Thomas had us spend part of our vacation fixing a problem caused by his van. We immediately notified him, located a scrapyard for a replacement window, filed the required report, and, at his request, drove the van out of our way to a repair shop on the day we were leaving. After we bent over backwards to help him, he still kept our security deposit and tried to charge us for an entirely new paint job on a van that was already covered in scratches and wear before we ever picked it up. His handling of this situation was completely unacceptable. If this is how guests are treated after helping resolve his own vehicle's problems, I strongly recommend renting elsewhere.He is a liar

I had such a great experience renting this van for my Alaska trip! The host was super friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Communication was smooth, and they made the whole process simple. The van was perfect for my adventure and helped me explore so much of Alaska. It was the perfect little home on wheels for my adventure and made the trip one I’ll never forget!
