"Damoho" (The Motorhome) is our home away from home! We typically spent all summer traveling around our great state in her. She is a cozy 24 foot class C Winnebago Minnie Winnie motorhome and she sleeps up to six people There is a bed in the back that sleeps two, the dinette folds down to sleep two, and there is a bed in the cab over that sleeps two. There is also an enclosed bathroom with a toilet and shower (we use the shower space to store a cooler) and a sink just outside the bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. You can seat four comfortably around the dinette and there is a captain's chair across from the dinette. There is also a small flat screen tv and dvd player. There are a total of six (6) seatbelts.Please note: All renters are expected to return the motorhome with a full tank of gasoline and a full tank of propane. All renters are also expected to empty the grey water and blackwater tanks upon return of the motorhome or they will be subject to a $75 holding tank dump fee. This is a dog friendly motorhome. It is not available for renters who would like to use it during hunting trips (as I don't even get to use it for that)!!Please note, that my wife and I are both educators. We can be flexible with pick up and drop off arrangements for bookings that coincide with out summer vacation and all weekends, but during the school year, pick up and drop off will need to be scheduled at or after 5:00 PM. for partial days, an hourly rate of $7.00 per hour will be charged from the time of scheduled pick up until midnight of that day and then full day rates apply thereafter.

My wife and I are both teachers and we have one son, foster, and have two pets, a dog and a cat. We love to spend time camping and traveling in "DAMOHO". One of our favorite trips is to drive DAMOHO down to Homer, camp on the Homer Spit, and to take the state ferry across to Seldovia (where I grew up), to spend time with my family and friends that still live there.
