Sleeps 6 adults comfortably with one king in the Master and two queen bunks and a small twin size loft in the garage/bunk house.
One full bath with shower and one half bath.Living room with a 55" TV, DVD player and a large DVD collection, one sectional couch which can also be used for sleeping and love seat that reclines and has a massager. A mock fire place in the living room that also provides heat.A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave, sink, oven and stove top.We have 3 AC units (also heat), one in the Master, one in the common area and one in the garage/bunk house. If planning on using all 3 you will need to have a 50 amp connection. If you have a 30 amp connection only 2 AC's will work at a time.If dry camping and the generator will be used we have a 12 gallon fuel tank and allow up to 4 hours of usage per day, additional hours at $3/hour. If additional fuel is needed for generator or fueling station please choose fuel add-on. This is our home away from home, we ask that you treat it as your own.
• We do not deliver to festivals, off-road shows (desert) or for tailgating.
• We also do not rent for housing or long term.
• We do not allow smoking or vaping in our unit.
• We do not rent our truck or any equipment for towing.
• We will accommodate pets however, we ask that they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Any pet clean up will be an additional fee of $50.
We expect the coach to be returned in condition it was left however there is a cleaning fee of $50 added to each rental.
A $50 fee will be added at the end of the trip if the tanks are not dumped and cleaned.
