This was our second campervan trip but our first time doing it in the US, and it set a high bar. Bryce made the whole thing easy, walked us through everything at pickup clearly and without rushing. The van had way more than we expected: working toilet, indoor shower, fridge, stove, plates, utensils, all the little stuff you don't think about until you need it. For two people it honestly felt like a 5-star hotel on wheels. Clean, modern, and a lot more comfortable than we imagined. We took it through Grand Teton and Yellowstone for five nights and it handled the park roads fine. Nights got cold up at altitude and we stayed warm the whole time. Refilling the fresh water and dumping the black/grey tanks were also very easy, even for us as first-time US campervan users. Bryce was very helpful and did his best to accommodate anything we needed during the trip. Would absolutely rent from Bryce again if we're back in the area. Five stars for both the van and the host.

We left Yellowstone confident that a camper van is the very best way to experience the park when you're staying for several days. We would definitely do it again. However, as novices, we didn't recognize that our pickup instructions and training were a little on the lean side. We had to contact the hosts a few times (despite spotty cell service) with questions we felt we should have known the answers to in advance. Even having a quick reference guide in the camper would have been helpful.
