Adventure awaits in our "Rosie." Rosie is a 2021 Winnebago Solis 59P that comfortably sleeps 4 adults - but she easily accomodates our crew of 6! The rig boasts a queen sized sofa bed in the back and a full-sized loft bed up top (sleeps 5 with the optional Luno Front Cab Air Mattress). Rosie is a smaller RV (19'9" long, 9' tall) making her easy to drive and park just about anywhere, but large enough for a comfortable road trip or camping experience. She has 6 seat belts, making room for the whole family.Rosie includes a bathroom with 5 gallon cassette toilet (which is super easy to empty). There is an indoor shower, along with two outdoor warm/cold water hook-ups for cleaning up kids or pets outdoors, or taking a warm outdoor shower out back. She also includes a small galley kitchen complete with 2 burner gas stove, sink, slide out counter space, ample storage and a small refrigerator. Please note that Rosie does not have a generator and house AC. The 20 gallon fresh-water tank (with Eco Hot heating system), 25 lb propane tank, Truma Eco Heating System, 2 house batteries, and a 220-watt solar panel system make Rosie ideal for boondocking. There is ample storage space in the indoor cabinets, as well as under the sofa bed in the back. Rosie really is the perfect vehicle for going off-grid. If campgrounds are more your style, utilize the 30-amp plug-in capabilities. Whatever your adventure -- Rosie is the perfect fit.We know that setup and cleanup for a camping trip can be stressful. That’s why Rosie comes with the Stress-Less package (Prep Fee). Relax and enjoy the adventure! Rosie will have full gas and fresh-water tanks, as well as empty waste tanks upon pick-up. She will be stocked with linens (upon request), kitchen utensils, and RV approved toilet paper and deodorizer. What’s the best part? Just return Rosie with a full tank of gas and an empty black water tank. We will take care of cleaning and sanitizing the RV, and emptying the grey tank upon her return. Please empty the black tank prior to returning (the cassette can be emptied into any toilet - no dumping station needed!).
