We are Brad and Rachael. We have a beautiful 2020 Winnebago Minnie that we are hoping to share with others. We have just added Starlink Wifi this season so guests will have high speed Wi-Fi in most of the country. As not all of our guests are interested in having Wi-Fi, this will be an optional upcharge for the service and more information can be provided if desired. if you do choose to select this service, We will provide the equipment and instructions needed to have Wi-Fi during your rental. We are 5 year Airbnb hosts and have decided to branch out to RV's. This RV is in like new condition and looks almost brand new inside and out. We have spent a lot of time stocking it with comfy bedding, cute artwork and have made the RV experience as convenient as possible with 2 wall mounted automatic hand soap dispensers, a shampoo and conditioner shower wall mounted dispenser and even a hand sanitizer automatic dispenser by the main entrance. The master queen bed has a heated blanket for cool nights and we have provided a fully stocked kitchen which even contains a handful of common spices. We have a brand new Westinghouse 4500 generator that runs on gas and has pull start, electric start and even Remote start which is very useful and convenient to have for a camper. It's very quiet at 58db. We have miscellaneous items included as well such as: rugs, hangers, outdoor rug, extension cords, propane hoses and attachments, sewage hose, tire pressure monitor system, rear view camera and monitor. All of these items will be included free of charge. We provide 4 hours of free generator use per day and will supply 2-40 gallon (80 gallons combined) of propane at $4/gallon per gallon that can be used to run the furnace, stove, fridge, water heater and of course, the generator. 3 Motion activated battery powered lights are throughout the interior of the RV along with 12 separate LED lights. This RV has 1 large motorized slide-out and a large motorized awning with LED light strip. We hope to share the wonderful experience of RV'ing with our guests and look forward to hosting you soon.Cosa è inclusoWe will provide 3 sets of bedding (1 queen and 2 fulls), 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 roles of paper towels and 5 roles of RV toilet paper. Any additional cleaning above the expected 1 hour cleaning time will incur a fee of $30/hr.

Brad and Rachael simplify processes and are flexible with pickup/drop-off. Brad is patient, congenial, and explains things thoroughly. They demonstrate experience by providing useful amenities and tips for trips.

Towed perfectly, well-equipped

Trailer is clean, comfortable, roomy, and in great condition, with an excellent layout. It tows perfectly and includes amenities like power drills for stabilizers and an Equalizer hitch. Caution needed on rough terrain due to low-sitting stairs.

Loved this trailer! Very roomy, and lots of upgrades. The host was very kind and flexible with pickup and drop off time. Everything worked great. There were lots of blocks for leveling, and a drill for quick setup of the stabilizers. Downside: The stairs near the front of the trailer do sit low. We got it through a rutted out dirt road but we had to be very careful and have friends spot us as we picked the safe route to make sure it didn’t hit.
