Cora the Explorer is our dependable lady and was our recent home for a two-month trip around the US. We love nothing more than to relax in the woods or explore a natural wonder. This RV is a memory-maker. We renovated the interior with a modern look and added a lot of functionality to make it comfortable for long (or short) trips. It has a separate bedroom in the back with a "soundproof" curtain and one for the bunkbed as well to add privacy and to let you watch a movie after the kids have gone to bed without waking them up!We had the entire rig serviced by a reputable mechanic who replaced every fluid, filter, spark plug, and battery and it is a Very reliable rig. We installed a switch to allow the house batteries to power the chassis battery if the truck ever dies (if a light was left on or something). It has been really convenient, especially when we are in a secluded spot away from cell service! We also upgraded the anti-sway bars to make it much safer and more comfortable to drive (it doesn't roll around as much in wind or on windy roads). You will notice a difference if you have ever driven a Class C motorhome before. We also upgraded the stereo and speakers and added a PSI gauge, backup camera, and sensors to improve the driving experience. The RV also has a 2" receiver hitch and can tow up to 4,500 lbs, but a towing fee will apply for trips over 100 miles for early maintenance.Cora is equipped with a thermostat that controls the furnace and AC. An onboard generator fires right up and a fridge and freezer that works very well on propane or electricity. The microwave works great and the propane grill and oven make quick work of a large breakfast or nice roast.We include all the essentials, such as a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies, towels, DVDs and Wii Games, two DVD players, and a power inverter to allow the use of the TV without running the generator.Check-in is between 3 - 8 pm depending on availability and check-out is 11 am. Zion, Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon are all within three to six hours of driving and are must-see destinations. We also have some amazing state parks nearby. The Uintas offers free dispersed camping and has a lot of hiking and lakes nearby. We also like Yuba lake which is only an hour away and you can camp on a nice sandy beach. Smoking, vaping, or anything that will leave a strong odor in the RV is not allowed. No climbing on the roof and hypo-allergenic dogs only allowed, owners must have insurance and a pet protection plan as well. Security deposits will be retained for damages or extra cleaning. Please return propane and gas tank full and the black and grey tanks empty or renter will be charged a fee to fill or empty the tanks. A service fee for towing will be required for an additional oil change for trips of 100 miles or more.

Camping and RVing are our passion! We have traveled to nearly 20 national parks, and 16 states in Cora. If you need camping recommendations or our thoughts on some national parks, we are happy to share! If we can get time off work, this is our go-to hobby. Kendra, our daughter, loves the RV! She might even like driving in it more than anything else because she can color at the table or watch a show while we drive. Hoover (our Goldendoodle) also loves the RV because he knows we are going somewhere that he can frolic through the woods or chase a squirrel.
