Toaster, built in microwave and coffee maker are included. Silverware, plates and bowls are included. Large pantry and refrigerator.Weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bars, 100ft ext. cord, and 25ft water hose are available upon request.NO Smoking OR Pets!!

Ashley and Carl consistently provided timely responses to calls/texts, offered assistance with questions, and were accommodating with setup/delivery.

The RV is spacious and suitable for a family of four. While often clean and well-equipped, some reviewers reported broken/dirty items and an inoperable water circulating pump.

Tv was very clean but water circulating pump was inoperable. We were able to get it working after performing some maintenance. Host was very friendly and showed us how all the systems worked. Overall good experience.
