Brand new Coleman Lantern 23 ft camper with Double Bunks. Sleep 6 comfortably! Great for a young family! Only used a handful of times. We also supply many amenities (set up table, sheets, dishes, etc). Brand new travel trailer with three level bunkhouse, indoor and outdoor kitchens, master bedroom, and dinette. Powerful heat and air conditioner make this travel trailer an awesome year round camper in the north Georgia mountains.This travel trailer has wide stance axles for excellent sway control and weights under 5000 lbs, so it is easily towable by mid to large size SUVs and half ton pickup trucks.I will deliver this RV to the location of your choosing within a 75 mile radius of 30004 for a fee of $2 per mile, and will hook up and set up everything for you. The indoor and outdoor refrigerators will be cold when you arrive! Also included is the wastewater disposal at the conclusion of your trip.If you intend to tow it yourself, you need to have a truck or large SUV capable of towing over 6500 lbs (camper is dry weight of just under 5000 lbs plus everything you pack) and you need to have a brake controller installed in your vehicle that can operate the brakes on the camper. If you tow it yourself and are not able to dump the wastewater holding tanks, there will be an additional $75 charge.Contact me prior to booking to discuss details about your trip including arrival and departure times and any special requests you might have.Two outdoor chairs and standard kitchen items will be provided with your rental, along with linens and towels. Other camping items can be provided for free or a small fee, depending on the nature of the item, so please don't hesitate to ask.
