This very clean, well maintained RV is in "like new" condition! It's a perfect fit for a family adventure or a place for hunters and fishermen to hang their hats during a romp in nature. Equipped with power jack, power stabilizers, television and assorted DVDs. Complete with a fully functional kitchen and ample counter space. The roomy bathroom layout includes a bathtub for cleaning up the little campers after a great day of exploring. The RV boasts a spacious outdoor kitchen set up with a large refrigerator/freezer, gas burner and sink. Rent an affordable oversized gas grill/griddle combo providing the camp chef an opportunity to demonstrate his skills during breakfast, lunch and dinner! Your outdoor space is covered by a 9x12 soft lite awning. Basic camping gear - outdoor carpet, 4 chairs and side table are included. The pristine interior is cooled on warm days by an oversized AC unit and on those cooler days warmed by a powerful furnace. All around This Dutchman is a perfect fit for all outdoor enthusiasts!Cosa è inclusoAlso provide are basic linens, bed rail for top bunk, cooking utensils, pots, pans and drink ware - enough for 8 guests. Later deliveries may incur an additional charge. Pick up times are negotiable with respect for renters schedule and daylight hours.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Specifics will be reviewed at time of pick up or delivery. All non-sewer rentals will incur a 65.00 tank dump and rinsing fee.
Q.What is the minimum age for renting the RV?

You must be 28 yrs of age. Government issued ID required at the time of pick up or delivery turn over. the individual named in the rental agreement must be present.
