Responsive with occasional issues
Douglas is praised for easy communication and being great to deal with. However, one booking was canceled by the host without prior notice on the departure day.
Easy to tow, clean, and new
Guests consistently report the trailer is in great, new, and clean condition with no issues. It is also noted as easy to tow, even for first-time renters of this size.
