We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we offer a courtesy period of up to 2 hours after the agreed return time, with no additional charges, as long as we are notified in advance. If the vehicle is not returned within this grace period, a fee of $50 will be applied for each additional hour of delay. We appreciate your communication and cooperation to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Fuel Level
To avoid additional charges, please return the RV with the same level of fuel as when it was delivered. If the fuel level is not maintained, a refueling fee will be charged based on the current fuel price plus an additional $1 per gallon.

Yanet provided excellent communication, was flexible with drop-off, and promptly resolved an electrical issue. She also stocked the RV with essentials and kept it impeccably clean and well-maintained.

The RV, 'Thor,' drove great and was consistently praised for its roomy interior, cleanliness, and working amenities. Minor issues included phone connectivity and a DVD player.

5.0The rv was nice and roomy. It was very clean and came with general items. I am glad we brought a can opener. We had issue with electrical and extension cord was left out but Yanet was at our site to fix issue asap and brought the cord. The electrical was a GFI issue only. We never figured out dvd player but enjoyed our trip. Maybe a video to explain this would help. Great experience and wonderful owners that were very responsive.

We were first time RV'ers and she made us feel comfortable and prepared. The RV itself had everything you could want, all of the little details were taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. We would most definitely rent this RV from Yanet again. Thanks!

5.0We had an amazing time working with Yanet and driving Thor to many national parks. We had no problems driving and camping for over a week. Yanet was great at communication and being flexible when our plans changed for drop off. We would definitely rent Thor again if we are in Albuquerque. The only issue we had was connecting our phones to the screen for using our maps. We have Android phones so maybe Apple connects better. Other than that, it was a seamless and fun trip for the four of us!
