5.0Jacob was a excellent host, good communication and information about the van prior to our trip. Flexible with meetup times, and accommodating to our flights in and out of the Airport, and a through walk thru upon arrival. The van was GREAT!, everything we needed it to be and more. Plenty of off grid power, large comfortable bed, provided all the basics for cooking/traveling/camping etc. Van itself ran great with no issues or worries, plenty of power/smooth ride. Really could not have asked for anything more. Would easily request to rent again when back in the area.

5.0Perfect in every way! The van is lovely, comfy, driver-friendly. I had everything i needed to be relaxed and enjoy every minute of the beautiful open space that i longed for. The host, Jacob was also perfect in every way. A gentleman, he answered the phone on a holiday, and he solved a hiccup or two that i had. It was my first solo van excursion in unknown lands.....I recommend the ENCHANTMENT on every level - it was enchanting.... I don't know how to download photos - old-school gal - but you should get out there and take your own pics if you are interested! THANK YOU JACOB!!!!

5.0Enchanted was the perfect Van for my 10 day, 3000 mile National and State Park road trip through the southwest! It drove well, sleeping was great for one person, and I loved that I could cook outside OR inside if I wanted to. The fridge/freezer (customizable) was amazing as well. One trip to the grocery store and I was set! Jacob was very helpful and great to deal with, and answered many questions before I left. I would love to rent this van again!

How many miles do I get for free?
A.
With your rental you get 200 miles per night for FREE! So, if you rent a campervan for 10 nights, you will get 2,000 miles for free. Additional miles over the 200 miles per night would be charged upon your return at 35 cents per mile.

What kind of fuel does the van need?
A.
Enchanted runs on gasoline. The heater runs on diesel. Both can be found at most gas stations. Please refill them before returning the van

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up is from 4PM - 9PM and drop of is 6AM to 9AM. Just let me know the exact time so I make sure I am there when you are.

Where and when do I drop off the van?
A.
The drop off is located at Shawn McWethy Park 8643 Casa Verde Pl NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120 Our pick-up is 4-9 PM and drop-off time is 6 to 9 AM. We have a late return fee of $30/hour after the first hour.
