This camper has only been used for one season & we had a wonderful time sharing our camper with families who wanted to try “glamping”. If you're looking for a comfortable and clean way to camp, then look no further. This camper can be towed by most large SUVs or trucks that have a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. Stay cozy and warm with the adjustable electric fireplace heater during the chilly nights, or feel free to cool down the hot Summer days with the wall AC unit. This unit sleeps 5 people comfortably. Storage is available under the queen bed and under both dinette seats, as well as multiple cabinets for storage.Lights, fridge, and hot water are powered through the trailer's battery. Generator or electrical hookup is required for the A/C, TV, fireplace heater, and microwave to work. Home Depot and Lowe’s offer inverter generators to rent. I recommend a 2200-3000 watt generator if you’d like use of the above mentioned amenities if your site will not have electrical hookup. This camper uses 30amp electric.Cosa è inclusoWe will provide RV/camper-safe toilet paper, the sewage hose, 30amp electric plug, a freshwater hose, the jack and stabilizers, wheel chocks, a fire extinguisher, a 12v battery (which also powers the fridge when camping off-grid), a hitch lock, a water pressure regulator, Porta-Pak toilet treatment tablets, an outdoor foldable garbage can, an indoor garbage can, pots, pans, and large plastic utensils (plastic spatula and serving spoons since the pots & pans are non-stick), and a tv with Roku built in. If you need help or have questions, we would love to answer and help to the best of our ability.RaccomandazioniPlease bring your own grill, linens, toiletries, garbage bags, outdoor chairs, and a popup tent if desired. I recommend bringing paper plates/bowls, plastic utensils, and half-chaffing dishes for easy clean-up during your camping trips. For the outdoor garbage, using black garbage bags that smell like mint (usually found in Costco or Sam's club) helps keep smaller critters away from your garbage.Our favorite spots to camp are Lake George RV Park in Lake George, NY & Normandy Farms in Foxborough, MA.
