Brand New 2021RV! Easy to drive, simple operation, rear camera, fast acceleration, and enough space for sleeping 10. Standard private bedroom with queen bed and closet. A leather sleeper sofa can fold into a double bed; dining table also can fold into a firm leather double bed; two twin bunk beds; and another bunk bed is above the driver and passenger seats, great space to sleep two adults with a safety net, and 3 cabinets in this space. We provide water hose, dumping hose, dumping hose holder, Gloves. The Generator needs to be warm-up 3 times which needs to hold 3 seconds then let it go each time, the fourth time holding 5 seconds then the generator start. Before slide out make sure the floor is clear and nothing blocks the slide (including outside). Dogs are welcome and must be house trained, but don't allow on any furniture. Our RV is disinfected and sanitized between each rental, even use UV-C light to get rid of the bacteria and viruses. If you purchase our bedroom or bathroom package, it is washed in commercial washers and dryers on a high heat setting. Batteries on RV were dead after being told verbally they were brand new, missed a whole half of our first day waiting for the guy to change the batteries. You can check the message logs and see the conversation. Rv was in much worse condition than shown in the pictures. Oil change light was on the whole time. The table was broken, which you can see the conversation for as well. Sinks and shower leak, didn’t tell us about the generator and pretty much refused to show us saying we wouldn’t use it. Pieces from the lining for the bunk beds and table seats were coming off exposing nails. We had to mop and cleaned the whole rv before we left for the trip because it was filthy.

We had a great trip with Simon’s RV out to the Inyo area! Very spacious— perfect for 6 people. RV was in good shape and communication with the host was clear
