Upgrade your camping experience with this full size trailer, complete kitchen and bathroom
No more fold out camper or fold out beds.This trailer is equipped to sleep:
- Double bed (sleeps 2)
- single bunk (sleeps 1)
- pull out couch (double) (sleeps 1)
- kitchenette pull out (sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids)Can sleep 5 - 6 people.Camper has an awning the length of the trailer (see photos) an outdoor rug.Comes with:
- Full Bathroom with sink, toilet, tub and shower and the unit also has an outdoor shower.
- Outdoor rug for under the awning
- 2 rolls of RV toilet paper for the septic system and chemicals for the system (if on a longer rental you will have to get what you need.)- kettle and toaster
- 2 full 20lb propane tanks.
- 4 fold out chairs
- Heater & Airconditioning
- Equalizer hitch included in rental
- Basic Cooking items included (pots/pan and some utensils)
- We clean and ozone treat the trailer after every rental, it is your responsibility to bring it back in similar cleanliness as received.Located In Airdrie, pickup / delivery will be done at Cross Iron Mall.What you need to bring:
- Bedding, pillows, towels, sleeping bags, comforters
- Plates and cups
- Food, drinks & snacks
- bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking purposesAvoidable Fees:
- If the unit is excessively dirty, for example, mud on outside from muddy gravel roads, Microwave covered in food splash from not covering, or excessive dirt tracked into the trailer, Please find an RV wash to pressure wash it, also clean inside if excessively dirty. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The trailer is located in Airdrie, we will however meet all locals at Cross Iron Mills for hand over. (or other large parking lot)

We are avid outdoors people with a few rental businesses and enjoy renting and using our own RV.
My wife Michelle loves decorating and designing and remodelled our trailer making it a unique experience.
When we camp in the rockies we bring our great dane/Lab mix "Sam" with us, who appreciates the couch and space in the trailer.
Sam approves, and im sure you will as well.
