Glamping in this coach, everything you need at a great price!Our Fleetwood Pace Arrow has 3 slide outs with a family friendly floor plan that gives great privacy in the master bedroom. The master features a comfortable queen mattress, mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage. It also has a large private bath with full-size shower.The front slideouts hold a dinette and sofa that both convert into beds. As well as the kitchen which allows for maximum cooking and walking area. There is Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound with a flatscreen smart TV in the front room and a TV with portable DVD player in the master bedroom.The kitchen area features a large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, 3-burner range, and a stainless kitchen sink.

It has a 50 amp power service with 30 amp, and 15 amp adapter plugsThis RV makes for a great trip and has everything you need to feel at home. Spacious inside, Black out curtains, Cold AC, Gas, V10 Motor, Back up camera with sound, self leveling jacks, electric patio awning for day time shade and evening entertaining, , a power inverter that provides power for the entertainment system while driving and a gas generator for running larger power items such as the air conditioners. fresh-water hose, water pressure regulator, Full Kitchen supplies, Bed sheets and blankets, BYO pillow. There are family friendly DVD'S and CD's. Flashlights for outdoor adventures. hangers are in the closets. Vacuum as well to clean up at night. 3. No household toilet paper in toilet, special RV TP only.
4. Ladies special toiletries are not to be flushed. Use trash can.
5. No Off Roads. No dirt roads. fees apply.
6. Campgrounds with sewage and Electricity only. Some exceptions may apply.
5. Empty tanks ( Black and Grey) after your trip please. A fee ($125.00) will be applied if not.
6. A cleaning fee of 125.00 will be applied if the RV comes back dirty on the interior.
7. A cleaning fee of 175.00 will be applied if the RV comes back muddy, or any other debris that should be cleaned off. We will always hand you a clean RV inside and out. Normal exterior grunge is OK.
