Always communicative and supportive
Jon (LJ) is very responsive, provides thorough explanations and assistance for setup and use, and accommodates last-minute schedule changes like delays or delivery service.

5.0All went fantastically well. LJ was great about accommodating a last minute time delay and was always available for questions and even to help us with generator etc. questions when we were stumped. The trailer was comfortable and worked beautifully. This was our 2nd rental with LJ and we will definitely be doing it again. :-)

5.0We had a great experience renting from Jon. Since it was our first time doing this, we were nervous, but Jon explained everything perfectly and was easily readable for questions throughout the rental period. We'll definitely do this again.
