🏠 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking
🚫 No Pets Allowed
• For the comfort of all guests, pets are strictly not permitted inside the RV — no exceptions.
• Evidence of pets (hair, odor, scratches, etc.) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and potential loss of security deposit.
👟 Shoes Off Inside
• Please remove shoes before entering the RV to keep flooring and rugs clean.
• A shoe tray is provided at the entrance for convenience.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Inside
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Any evidence will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
🍳 Cooking & Cleanliness
• Please clean up after cooking and eating. Greasy food should be cooked outside when possible (bbq included!).
• All dishes should be washed and put away before check-out.
🛏️ Linens & Bedding
• Please do not place luggage, bags, or dirty items on beds.
• If using your own bedding, let us know in advance.
🧹 Before You Leave
• Trash emptied, floors swept (broom provided)
• Dishes washed and put away
• Personal items removed
