Great communication and coordination before the trip. We had some special requests and Spencer responded promptly and was very accommodating. The rig and gear inside is comprehensive and well thought-out. Everything you need for a great camping experience is there. We had a wonderful week exploring Maui together with our kids (11, 8, 4). All five of us even fit into the roof top tent.

Awesome experience with Zazu Campers! Spencer gave us super detailed list of spots to sleep, to eat and places to go. Everything was good and the Jeep has a really complete gear to camp.

Renting with Zazu was the best decision we ever made! We booked months in advance and asked a lot of questions, we were happy with how fast we got responses. Pick up and drop off of the Jeep was very easy. We had a couple of hiccups with gear but Spenser and his team made up for it. I will definitely keep referring people to zazu for many years to come and will definitely use them again. Due to covid it was a bit difficult to find places to camp easily, but where we did was a dream come true. The tent on top of the Jeep was very easy to set up and comfortable to sleep in.

We had a magical time camping around the Hana side of the island with this jeep. It was clean, well-organized, and filled with everything you could need for an adventure, plus the tent was plenty big for our family of four. We had some small mechanical issues, but Spencer and his team were always prompt at answering questions, and nothing was too disruptive. Over all, it was a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend Zazu!

What an awesome experience. Everything is included with this Jeep- even the super helpful guides and advices from Spencer and Tim, who were always available throughout the whole trip. Everything was clean and in perfect condition.
Besides - a Jeep is definitely the way to get around on Maui. Park wherever you want, grab the beach-chairs and enjoy! Mahalo

Perfect adventuremobile for cruising the road to Hana. Spencer made it easy on us from the beginning by coordinating a hassle free pick-up and drop-off and was extremely communicative with us before arriving. The tent was super easy to set up (we had no problem figuring it out in the dark on night 1). Only suggestion is to bring sleeping bags if you plan on staying at Hosmer Grove - it gets chilly at night and we we're glad we had them!

Spencer was a great host, who responded promptly who was very accommodating and set us up with everything we needed for a great trip with snorkeling and beach gear. The car was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. The tent was easy to set up, even in the dark. We had a blast!

Spencer made the pickup and drop off totally seamless. We were visiting from Oahu and walked off the plane, grabbed our bag, and the car was right there for us ready to roll. He has thought of absolutely everything a person would need, and we only had to buy food. Tent setup was totally easy (definitely watch the video). Spencer even sent tips for shorter folks, when I asked about it. (Be aware that if you’re short you will have to climb onto the wheel or up top- I felt 100% safe, but make sure you’re physically able to do that). The tent was secure and very comfy. The car handled Road to Hana like a champ! Spencer’s communication was on point and he’s readily available for questions or issues. He definitely cares about his renters and his vehicles.
