Dave and Julie were great to work with. They were understanding and accommodating when we needed an extra day. I recommend them whenever you need to rent a trailer.

Friendly people, I took a 24' cargo trailer out of state, Dave changed a tire that had questionable tree before I left the lot. Great to work with.

Dave, the owner, is great to work with. The 24' cargo trailer was perfect for towing a classic Mustang back from California.

Overall we had a great trip. But when we picked up the camper and went to leave we had an issue with our trailer brakes. When we went to our mechanic to see if it was our truck all the diagnostics ran saying everything was fine so it was on the campers end. I called to speak to the owner about this and had him speak to the mechanic to explain what was going on and get permission to have them look at the camper. The owner was difficult to talk to and seemed to keep finding excuses not to have it looked at and finally after talking for awhile agreed to have them look but would not pay more then $75 to fix anything. The trailer brake ended up being the problem but was more then the $75 so we did not have trailer brakes for the trip. When we got to the campsite and set the camper up and I hooked it the stabilizer for the rear passenger side was completely stripped so we could not put it down. Besides those two problems the camper was in great shape inside and out and was a lot of fun

Propane line to the regulator was leaking that I had to fix. Had to change a flat tire on the trailer and the lug nut wrench was the wrong size (was lucky my family had the socket wrench to fit). Fridge door would latch shut, so after driving to my camp site all the stuff we put in the fridge had fallen out. The camper didn’t have a mattress but had two foam pads in its place. Was missing the elbow for the dump tube to properly dump the black tank and grey tank (made a mess).

If you just need to tent in more comfort, keep the rain off, and out of the mud, this trailer will do you fine. And we were very grateful for it as it rained heavily every day of our vacation. Keys, doors and lights all worked. Tires were great and made the 900 mile trip to Yellowstone and back without issue. But there were a few minor issues too:
* There was a leak in the roof above the bed over the tongue (door side) which soaked a corner of the mattress and my pillow. I suspect they'll fix that soon.
* Couldn't figure out how get the sink to drain (it probably works, but I seem to have missed that part of the training).
* One of the four main zippers near the raising post is broken and unzipped all the way, above the zipper. I couldn't get it back together, so we just velcroed the fabric flap around it.
* One of the four main pins that let the beds slide in/out looks like it had been replaced and "fixed" by someone new to mechanics, but it worked. Same with one of the straps used to pull the beds out, but again, despite the funky fix-it job, it worked.
* And the battery was depleted after 2 hours of using the two upper dome lights. Not sure if that was due to the battery being bad, or not fully charged. Luckily we brought our own large solar "generator" and overhead LED lights, so that wasn't a problem.
