The RV overall met expectations in terms of it's usability and comfort. However, there were a few safety items that should have been taken care of before I took possession:
The tires were worn to where the tread wear indicators were showing.
The windshield wipers were worn down to the point of being useless even to clean the dust off. I was worried enough that I bought a $26 driver's-side replacement blade and installed it myself because mountain weather is unpredictable and I wanted to be sure I could still see if i ran into rain.
The brake pad change light was on and the brakes made the typical low pad thickness squealing noise when used assertively.
There was also no response about these issues and my expense fixing the wiper when I texted them. I drove with low confidence the entire trip because of these issues.Other things were not critical, but should have been better:
There was no manual in the vehicle to explain the brake pad warning light or how to connect the bluetooth (which did not work in the same way I've used on dozens of rental cars).
There was no explanation on how to used the solar shower hose in the video (just a "hey, here's the hose")
There was no explanation or demonstration of how to use the awning in the video.
2 of the 3 stove fuel cans were empty, and the remaining one seemed only about 1/3 full. I ended up buying my own out of caution.
The little tent for the camp toilet was not included.
On a positive side, the van and sheets were clean and it performed well.

Great communication and van was ready as scheduled. A few negatives: 1)solar panels didn't charge batteries so had to run the motor and the alarm went off every morning at 4 AM 2) Fresh water tank was almost empty causing the pump to run until we figured it out and filled it. 3) The French press did not have the press component. Overall, I would rent again if these issues were resolved.

We spent 4 nights cruising around CO for our first camper van experience! It was amazing and we would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about trying it out :)

Unfortunately, the owner had to cancel the reservation because the van was involved in an accident. He was very apologetic and, prior to the cancellation, was super flexible about pickup/dropoff and was even planning to drop the van at our home.
