We rented this RV for a 3 week, 5k mile trip. After visiting our first RV park, we immediately had problems. There was a huge plumbing leak (sewage) when the black and grey valves were opened. The smell was terrible. It contaminated our spot along with the neighboring spots. When I contacted Nancy, she suggested we dump it in a storm drain when no one was looking. When I told her we would not do that, she accused me of breaking it. After my persistence, she sent out an RV repair person. The RV repair person said the leak was from a faulty prior repair and that Nancy told him to find out what I did to cause the leak. Not very professional Nancy! The RV repair man also pointed out the bald tires creating a hazardous situation. Other issues:
I arrived at 2:00 to pick up RV. Nancy was 35 minutes late.
The refrigerator stopped working. All of our food spoiled.
The RV navigation/radio regularly stopped working. We had to use our phone.
The front windshield had 3 cracks in it.
RV was not clean.
Pictures are not accurate. There are 5 advertisement stickers on the RV. Sides and rear. See attached photo.
I rented this RV mainly for the bathroom. We could not use the bathroom the remainder of our trip. This ruined our trip. Nancy does not maintain her RVs and when a problem arises, she will blame the renter, even if she has to fabricate what occurred.

I am so pleased with the experience I got with from the owners. It was my first time renting and using an RV but Nancy walked me through every details I need to know. She also quickly replies or answers her phone when I have questions and needed some help. I would definitely come back here again. This is the place where I would send my family and friends if they need an RV.

Nancy made the renting process easy. Trip was going great until the hose to dump didn't fit onto her own RV. Family couldn't shower so we had to cut our trip short and drive home to shower at 10pm. I had at least 5 people helped me and they all gave up. Lesson learned, next time I will have the owners check the hose connectivity before taking off... after all, it's an RV, you're expected to shower and dump when needed.

Nancy provided answers to all the questions I had - before pickup, during delivery, and even while on my trip when I had a question about the generator.

We found the RV to be very clean and comfortable. Nancy was very easy to deal with regarding the booking.

Very Professional with the instructions, prompt with times, available when needed. RV was clean, Nancy and Matthew were a very nice couple to work with. Kid Friendly. Will definitely use them again in future trips.

Fantastic first RV experience and responsive owner. Found out a brake light was out right before our trip to Yosemite and Nancy came out to replace it within the hour. RV had no issues the entire trip. Would definitely rent again!

Nice van. Will rent again. Weekly pricing could be a little bit more competitive. Van doesn't come with all the essentials. Just one pan. So Make sure to bring all your bedding, cleaning supplies and gear. An easy van to drive long distance. Easy pickup and drop-off.

The RV we rented was in excellent condition and we had no problems. Nancy quickly responded to any questions we had, was easy to work with. We will definitely rent from her again.
