Staff was friendly and professional. However, the vehicle was in much poorer condition than pictured. Wipers didn't work, no phone chargers, back door didn't shut properly, steering was incredible loose, tired were worn, etc. We were nervous to be driving it and felt unsafe.

Delivery and drop off were seamless. Vehicle performed well and provided enough seating and storage for 7 adults with gear. Very satisfied.
