We worked directly with the owner of the company for the rental. He, and everyone there treated us like family during the rental (even informed us that they would pick us up from the airport next time). The coach was clean and as advertised.

We came from 4 hours away and when we tried to hook up the camper to our vehicle, our vehicle as it was set up was not compatible. Premier Coach went above and beyond to get our vehicle the right accessories to connect with the trailer. They were very understanding and helpful in making our trip a success!! Thank you.

The folks at Premier are fantastic. They bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. I really couldn't be more pleased with their service. If you think you want a camper or rv, rent one here first before jumping in.

The team at Premier we’re great to deal with prior to the trip and responsive with answers to our questions.
On pick up day process was relatively smooth, perhaps the technician instructions were a little bit short for a first time RV user but we picked up everything quick enough.
Rented the vehicle for 12 nights, it was a workhorse for the miles we travelled and was in good condition and we had zero issues with the RV.
Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional experience with Premier Coach Services. Their customer service was top-notch, their commitment to 24 hour service if necessary was very impressive, and our coach was clean and ready to go for us. We had an incredible trip and enjoyed every minute of it and are so grateful to Stephanie and Mark and the whole Premier staff for giving us the opportunity to vacation safely and in such a fun way. We will definitely be back!

We rented the Holiday Rambler Aluma Light for a family trip to visit the Black Hills of SD. This was our first time renting an RV, the entire staff at Premier was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I called a lot and they were always incredibly responsive. The RV was clean and more than enough room for our family of 4. I highly recommend using Premier if you ever want to try an RV experience.

We were very happy to find an RV available after another owner cancelled on us. The staff was very professional and kind. Though we did have a mechanical problem with a generator, the staff worked with us to resolve the problem and even offered to switch us with another RV even though we were a couple states away. We had many great memories on the trip. Thank you!

We really had some major issues with no battery and generator issues. I know your technician walked Scott through several things over the phone none of which worked. We ended up buying coolers, replacing food etc. I feel like there should be some sort of compensation for the added stress and inconvenience and cost of my trip.
