I’m sure the RV is nice, but the owner decided to cancel our reservation less than 24 hours before our trip. The only reason I found out he cancelled is I asked when/where to meet to pick it up and got a message back saying he was canceling due to COVID. I totally understand that, but it was amazingly inconsiderate to wait until the day before my reservation to let me know. The COVID has been a thing for a while and if he didn’t want to rent it because of that he shouldn’t have accepted our request to rent to begin with or at least have the courtesy to let us know sooner. We had to scramble at the last minute to find another RV and ultimately settled on one we didn’t really like since we couldn’t cancel our camp reservations or vacation time from work.

This owner just cancelled our reservation 2 days before our trip. This has put us in a really bad situation. The state of Utah has opened up for travel after the Covid-19
