Bud's RV was great! We had one issue with the jacks and they immediately dealt with the issue and made us comfortable with the rental. Will definitely reach out to them for the next rental.

Reached out to BUD's RV World to help support a local community event " Summer Sizzler" once explained to them they were all on board to help out. We rented a 2021 Prime Time Tracer Unit 1550. There service and involvement was very high level and professional. BUD's let us know that if there were any issue to contact them and they would send somebody to site to assist. The Summer Sizzler committee looks forward to working with BUD's RV World in the future. BUD's RV World are ROCK STARS in my book!

Everything was perfect! Jennifer answered all our MANY questions! We were told Chris at The Parking Spot would show us everything about using the RV but he said he didn’t know anything bc he was just the hand off guy. It was not a big deal bc you can YouTube everything as well. The owner gave us a number to call if we needed anything even at midnight, We had the best time RV camping, would highly recommend it and we would use BudsRV again!!
