Guaranty RV rentals is a great alternative to the "No Vacancy" sign when hotels are booked, you need housing for temporary guests, or you are relocating. With competitive rates, a variety of vehicles to suit your needs, optional 24/7 roadside assistance and helpful staff to answer any questions you can rest assured that your requirements are met. We will schedule a time for you to pick up your rental RV. The first time you rent from us, you will need to complete necessary rental paperwork and have a Familiarization and Orientation on the RV you are renting so that you know how to use the included features and will be able to get the most enjoyment on your vacation. With that in mind, you should plan to spend about 90 minutes with us on the day of departure. If you have rented an RV from us before, and don't need another orientation, the process will take about half an hour. We are located inside the Guaranty RV Travel Center at 93668 Oregon 99, in Junction City, OR. Our hours are Mon-Fri: 8am to 5pm, Sat: 8am to 4pm and Sun: 9am to 4pm. Call us Toll Free:

Guaranty is a large RV center in Junction City OR. Very busy this time of year. The RV was accurate as listed. It did not include any accessories such as linens or kitchen supplies so they had to be purchased separately. I expected a small charge to rent kitchen items but instead could only purchase the kitchen package for $170. I do not recommend doing this unless you want to keep a set of dishes, cutlery, knives and knive block and set of pots and pans. We had no way to transport them so just had to leave them. We should have declined and simply purchased a pan and some disposable utensils and plates. Even just buying what we would have needed for 3 would have been less than $50. We were also able to rent sheets, pillows, blankets and towel.
The vehicle itself was fine. Had wear on tires to suggest poor alignment and an exhaust pipe that hung too low causing me to run over it and incurring expense. I purchased the road service package for $15/day and they never showed up when needed. The backup camera was insufficient and cloudy. Road noise made listening to music almost impossible as well as having an conversation which is probably typical.
All employees I interacted with at Guaranty were responsive and professional despite my mechanical issues.

It was our first time ever, and with the good orientation provided, it was easy to use! My wife, daughter, 2 grandsons, and baby granddaughter stayed in it a week. Had a great time, hope to rent again, maybe next year!

The overall rental experience went very well. Deana and Cheri were a great help reserving the unit we wanted, and helped us get an insurance binder thru USAA. Sue was very helpful giving me a thorough orientation on the unit when I picked it up (this was the first time I've rented or used an RV).

The RV we rented had no spare tire. There were also several unresolved issues which were not safety issues but were annoying and/or inconvenient. The TV never worked, the outside blinker lights randomly blinked all the time (we were told to cover them up at night so as not to annoy our camping neighbors), and there was a leak in the fresh water delivery system.
