Phenomenal Experience. I have never used an RV before and other than experience pulling a trailer I had no idea what I was doing. Russell did a phenomenal job explaining everything to me and ensuring our trip would run smoothly. He was very helpful and the RV was in perfect condition, I could not find a single scratch or dent anywhere. The process was incredibly simple and made for the trip of a lifetime to see the redwoods. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be renting again for a trip to Yosemite!

Nice Rigs is a very professional, efficient and reliable place to rent an RV, especially if it’s your first time taking such an excursion. They insure you are prepared and ready for your trip with the right insurance, road side assistance and instructions needed to operate the RV, its utilities, jacks, air conditioning and generator. I have never driven an RV before my sons and I took a 2 week trip to the Grand Canyon and back. The RV accommodated us well and kept us cool even when we encountered 109 degree temps through the Mojave area. Russel ran me through how to make the sides push out and retract. He took me on a practice drive to make sure I was comfortable. Everything was laid out clearly in our contact, and he honored all agreements. I would highly recommend NiceRigs for your RV vacation.

We’re first time everything when it came to camping with a trailer. Russ made it super easy and we had an amazing time. The trailer was perfect and came with everything we needed and more.

We had a great time using this trailer. Everything was exactly as we expected and we had no problems. This was my first time pulling a trailer. Russel was great and easy to deal with and had everything we needed to make our trip go smoothly (Weight distributing hitch and brake controller). After our trip I would definitely rent from Russel again... or we are even considering getting a trailer of our own.

What an easy experience! This was our first time renting a trailer (we had owned one for a while). Russel made the process very simple an easy. Pick up was simple with a great walkthrough of the trailer and a binder with very helpful and detailed information. Drop off was quick, and we look forward to renting from Nice Rigs again.

It was our first time ever towing or camping with an RV and Russell was extremely helpful and patient. Having him go over everything and give us a print out of how to do everything helped us feel more confident. The trailer was very nice and clean, we had no issues. It was short, last minute trip and we had a great time!

Camper was brand new and the whole process was very easy. It is perfect for a couple retreat or even one with a small family with the fold out couch. Pulled well even on the 1 to Bug Sur.

We enjoyed our 3-night trip from San Jose to Palm Springs in this RV. It was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Great way to see the sights during COVID lockdown.

Took a family trip, first time in RV and it was the best ever!! Plenty of space for my 6 person family, brand new rig. We brought the dog, and my parents went in another RV (rented from another company). This unit was far superior to the class C that they had rented and ours was at a better price. Russell did a great job explaining the unit, the contract and how best to use all the amenities. My next RV rental will be right back here, and yours should be too.

The check-in, check-out process was smooth and easy and the rig worked flawlessly. While there was some wear on the dinette cushions and sofa both were very comfortable and the bed was comfortable as well. The extra large dinette sitting area and extra kitchen counter space was what sold us on the rig and both came in handy in accommodating my wife and I and two adult boys for a week long vacation. The rig drove nicely over the SR 17 and down the central coast (inland route) to Pismo Beach. Highly recommended and will check with Nice Rigs again for our 29th Annual Thanksgiving Retreat in 2021!
