I highly recommend A Family Affair RV. I've rented from here for multiple years, and am always amazed at the communication, service, attention to detail, and most importantly ease. I've rented trailers and motorhomes and have always been happy with my rental. Moses (or maybe Moises, not certain on the spelling), is top notch in communication and customer service. I've recommended this company to both my family and friends, all with positive interactions. FYI, this is not AI, I truly appreciate Moses (Moises?), and I think you will as well.

This was our family's first RV experience, and it was excellent. Moses was very helpful and informative in the pre-use walkthrough. We were able to have all questions answered, and learn about various RV functions. Moses made himself available via text/phone if we had any questions along the way. The RV we rented was in great condition. Thank you so much for making this an excellent trip!!

The staff/owners are very nice. The RV was great and there were no hidden surprises or fees. We rented the 2017 Thor Motor Coach and it was great for our family of 5 + maneuverable enough to go through Kings Canyon, Sequoia, and Yosemite. Would definitely recommend renting from these people!

This was my 4th rental and once again Moses and his spouse provided A+ customer service, the check out was easy and quick, and the check in was the same (my spouse’s cleaning job was complimented!). My phone calls were always answered by Moses in a very timely manner.
The reason a 1 star deduction is, in my opinion this rig was not ready to go out for a rental. The sofa sleeper was shredded (embarrassingly ugly), while we were headed to our destination the check engine light came on and we could not locate an owner’s manual (so we called Moses and he said if there was not anything negative with the gauges we could ignore the light), and when we got to our campsite (a dry site) parked and commenced to camping! In the morning I opened the freezer to get some ice and saw all the ice was melted and our food was warm in the fridge. I had to scrounge fridge space from neighbors, restock my ice chests, buy a bunch of ice from the campsite store, and we re-leveled the rig as per Moses direction all to no avail. The fridge never worked until I returned the rig and it miraculously started working again.
I was very pleased A Family Affair RV rental was very generous with their compensation for our troubles.
Thank you Moses and I think I will stick with trailers in the future.

The RV assigned to us was delivered in perfect condition and ready to go (up to and including the refrigerator already nice and chilled). The rental was very easy and straight-forward. Coupled with freindly and knowledgable staff, this rental ended in happy memories. As a first timer, I was explained the essentials, how much weight I could tow, what size hitch I needed, the functions of an RV Trailer, etc... My family will be returning customers.
