Thomas was amazing to deal with! Very easy communication and worked great with our crazy schedule! Pick up and drop off was a dream! Looking forward to many more trips in this RV!

Great response time to any questions. This was my first time to use a RV and I had a lot of questions. We had a blast! The only thing I can recommend is better instructions on how to use everything in the RV for first timers like myself. Like I said, he always answered the phone and walked me through anything I wasn't sure about. I will definitely be using this RV again. Also outdoorsy was fantastic with any booking questions or extending your rental time! Thanks to the both of you!
