Clean new van as described. Owner Edgar was good communicator and the process was easy. Would rent again from him.

Overall , the experience with Edgar was excellent. From start to finish, he was both responsive and respectful. We used his fabulous rig for short getaway to Oceanside during the winter months. Rig is sparkling clean and well maintained. The only problem was that the heater did not work on our second and third nights. It was in the mid thirties these nights, so we were definitely a little chilly. Edgar tried valiantly to help us correct the issue remotely, but alas we were not successful. However, as soon as we returned the rig a nod did the handoff walk through with Edgar, he got the heater to work! The rig drives very smoothly and is roomy for a couple. Thanks Edgar. Would rent again.

This was a great RV! Edgar was very thorough in explaining how the RV worked and he was readily available for questions during our trip. My only complaint is the fridge and freezer went out so a lot of our food went to waste. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you Edgar!
