Worst experience with Adam. RV was unsafe due to broken gauges. His worker says gas was full but gauge said 1/4 full. Black tank says full but Adam says its empty. He told me it would be to expensive to fix the gauges and the RV is old. He sends different people to meet you up and contact you. He sends a YouTube video as orientation to the RV. Since the RV was unsafe, the trip was supposed to be canceled. Instead he told outdoorsy that I had the RV the whole. Beware of this listing. Price was way higher than everyone else's. I had no choice since this was a replacement RV. The stairs to the RV was also broken.

Loved the R.V. It was fully equipped and stocked. Just needed to buy groceries. It had plenty of camp chairs, games, grill, linen, dishes, etc. There was plenty of room for my family of six. However, the steering on it was too loose. With the windy conditions in Arizona, it was scary at times how much give the steering wheel had just to keep it steady. This should be looked at I believe.
Other then that, very great experience with booking at last minute. The owner was very accommodating with our last minute overnight booking. The Host, AJ was extremely nice and thorough. He was always available with a few questions we had on our trip. I would book again, but fingers cross the steering gets better.

This owner is a FRAUD!!! He cancelled on us within 36 hours of the trip. We had flights, non-refundable reservations, thousands of dollars we cant recoup. He tried to make us cancel so he wouldnt be penalized. I now have evidence of him doing this before. Don't ever book with Adam!

We went to pick up our RV on the scheduled date. There was an issue with the electrical. After being promised several times during that day that we would be able to pick up the MH, I finally had to call at 5pm and basically told them that "apparently we aren't going to be able to pick up the RV." Adam came clean, telling me that they couldn't fix the problem and had to order a part that might be here Tuesday and we could pick up the RV on Tuesday afternoon or sometime Wednesday. We rented the RV for a week and the trip was our family Christmas present. All our kids and grandkids were packed and ready to go, just waiting on us. I am not sure why they waited until the day we were supposed to pick it up to check it out. I am sure that the previous renter had electrical issues. It has been over a week and we still have NOT been refunded anything, in spite contacting Adam for the refund on the day it all went sideways. I even contacted them again yesterday. I will never rent from them again. They are not dependable and are very unprofessional. This Christmas trip experience with him was a complete nightmare.

Our family had the best vacation ever in Minnie Winnie!! This was our first time in an RV and we LOVED it!! It was loaded with everything we could possibly need, including kitchenware, toiletries, bedding and more. We found it to have plenty of space for our family, easy to maneuver and the perfect home on wheels. Will definitely be doing this every year now. Thanks so much for so many family memories made!!

Pick-up and drop-off was easy, walk-through both prior and after the rental was smooth and informative. RV was clean and well stocked. RV drove well and had no issues in driving or parking for the night. Propane grill was great for cooking outside. Only optional service that would have been nice is optional firewood purchase and stocking; we went to Death Valley and no place to buy firewood in the park.

We had amazing service while renting an rv from Adam and his team. They were very responsive with everything from pick up to time spent in the rv to the drop off. The rv was clean and fully stocked with more than we could as for. We will be renting from Adam agin in the future.

Finally getting to review this, 2.5 months later. In short, not a luxury by any stretch. 1. Cheap, plastic bedding 2. Dirty floors - we had to clean them cause they were gross 3. Generator dies turning this thing into a huge finish sauna if you are into that. They gave me discount but overall I would not come back or recommend.

The RV was as listed but it had balding tires and I got stuck paying $300 for a new tire on Adams rig even with the Outdoorsy roadside assistance. Doesn’t seem fair to me.

AJ was wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, the trailer wasn’t quite what we were hoping for. We had it for 16 days and I think a shorter run would have been fine but having it that long made us realize what we didn’t like about it. Overall we would definitely rent from this company again but would get a different trailer.

Perfect way of traveling during Covid times
The RV was great for our family of 5. We especially liked the bunk beds which allowed us to fully and permanently enjoy the dinette and living area. The 31 feet class C is easy to drive. The walk in tour of the RV was sufficient to understand how everything works and we didn't need additional assistance for the whole week.

The motorhome was perfect for us. AJ showed us everything we needed to know and the RV was flawless. Went to a campground on Lake Mojave with the grandkids and ihad a great time.

Adam, AJ, and team were great. The RV was just as described and constant communication before and during made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Was my first time using Outdoorsy and would use them again, especially another rig from Adam!
