*NO STARS NO STARS*!ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE . If I could give negative stars I would. To this website and the owner of this rv. The owner jammed and broke the canopy infront of our eyes while trying to show how to use it before taking off. And we just so happened to be the lucky winners to PAY to replace his old piece of junk canopy on a 20 year old rv that probably has never been replaced. Driving home on the freeway the canopy opened up on us from when the owner jammed it shut. We waited 4 HOURS FOR OUTDOORYS ROADSIDE SERVICE AND THEY NEVER CAME! So outdoorsy and the owner BOTH said for us to put holes in the canopy so we could at least tie it back up to get it back to the owner that DID NOT show us how to use the canopy because he broke it trying to get the first leg out which was the SAME leg that was missing a bolt hence why it flew open on us on a highway. Now we are paying 2,000.00 for something we didnt do. And he also said that he wouldnt charge us for the dumping fees due to us not making it on time to one since we were waiting on the side of the road for basically nothing but a horrendous bill!!! KEVIN IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY IN ANY WAY AND IS A LIAR. DO NOT EVER USE OUTDOORSY AND ESPECIALLY THIS RV

Jennifer, I'm sorry about the awning coming out on you on the freeway. But upon further inspection, I found there was absolutely nothing wrong with the awning's ability to roll back up. I have had a couple of renters since you have rented and none have complained about the awning. If you had watched the video I had sent you or just waited for roadside assistance to come help you there would have been no issues with the awning at all. Also, you even stated that the awning came undone on your way BACK from your destination, which means that from the time of the exchange to when you arrived at your destination there were no issues with the awning. It's suspicious that the awning came undone on your way back from your trip when for the 3 days you had rented it was secure.
