Moses and this RV was perfect for our trip! The van was a tank and ran super well, we did have to add DEF twice but once we did that things ran smoothly. The generator, AC and microwave worked amazingly. The shower and toilet were so nice to have, and we slept great on the bed! Moses was extremely helpful and easy to rent from - we hope to rent another one of his vehicles in the near future!

I am appalled that a host would provided such something in such a state and that outdoorsy allows it. I have used your site several times and currently have 4 clients renting from you as well at this particular horse show and have never had an experience like this. Ilona tribal I stayed a delivery and noted full hook up. After unloading horses I head to the rV to find that it has been dropped at a site without hookup to sewer, water, or electricity. All of which are available. As I own this exact model of rV I then proceed to try to hook up rv myself only to find that the cubbies are damaged and will not open so I cannot access any of the necessary tools such as a septic hose, power cord, hose. Upon opening the slides myself, I find that the RV has clearly not been cleaned in a long time as there is dirt and mud and hair everywhere. Had the rV been properly set up someone might have seen it. No broom or cleaning supplies available. Def not “hospital grade cleaning” as provided in details from host. Call host who apologizes and blames GM and GM blames host. GM is nice and comes back out an hour and half later and hooks up rV as originally asked for in reservation. Pictures posted are stock photos and RV looks nothing like them. In fact it looks as though it was pulled from a salvage yard with the amount of tape and damage inside and out.. maybe it was since they were an hour late for setup after stating that an rV was broken down behind mine in a yard and they had to wait for a tow. Next come back to RV at night to find that it is not level and the stabilizers do not work. Currently sleeping and walking at the angle of an airplane on takeoff. Again called host and GM who try to walk me through stabilizers… which again I know how to use since I have this rV. Nope they are broken and were never used to stabilize and level us upon arrival. They cannot help and they do not know why they a rent working and again are sorry and are def better than this… insert eyeroll. I then went to use the shower only to find the water smelled as if it had been sitting for a long time and rV has never been sanitized.. 40.00 later and a filter added thanks to my trip to tractor supply. No shower tonight…. Here we are 4am getting ready to shower and head out for my day. Go to shower… oh no the drain is clogged.. maybe it’s the grey tank and they forgot to open it… trudge outside to check in 33 degree weather.. no it is open… the drain is just clogged and prob has been for God knows how long. The bunk bed is missing the correct ladder to cling up and into the loft bed, so they provided one that does not hook on properly abd is more of a safety hazard than a benefit. I would like someone to contact me please in regards to this trip. I will not be paying full price, I am required to stay on site in case of emergency with my paying clients horses or else I would have left for a hotel yesterday. I am basically stuck! Please let me know that this has been received. Again I have 4 clients renting through your company right now at this horse show and have had numerous other clients use your site as well in the past to book theirs. All of my other stays have been amazing! There is not even the basic necessities in this rV.. no cleaning spray, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags… I currently went out and had to spend more money for these things just to be okay with sleeping in this dump of an rV

RV was in poor condition and the back doors would not open. Scheduled a bus ride to the agreed location days in advance (60 miles). The day of our exchange he changed the meeting location due to his van being in the shop. So we spent another 30 dollars on Uber and 2 hours killing time while we waited for him to be done with his tasks. When we got the van it was dirty and he took off half of the cleaning fee, 75$.
He seems like a genuinely nice guy but the van was beat up. It was our own fault for not reaching out or asking but we were surprised based on the photos from the ad, and lack of mention prior, that the van was completely unstocked and did not have any linen or pillows, cleaning supplies. We spent almost 100 bucks getting all the supplies we needed, not including food. When asked why there was no linen he replied that it would be more expensive if we rented some from him.
When we got to our first campsite, the only time the whole trip the back doors worked. Which was a blessing because if you wanted to fill the water or hook up electricity the best way to do it was from the rear. We got everything situated in anticipation for the inability to open the back. The only other access was a lot less convenient and involved moving the bed and running a dirty hose over your sleeping situation.
Plenty of things were in disarray, such as the soft spot in the shower floor, the shower curtain being broken, a floor board coming up if you step on it just right, the busted (but still functional) taillight, the cover for the touch screen display, the general condition of the “paint job” which got us lots of confused looks, the fact that the key hole doesn’t work and the singular fob is the only way in and out of the vehicle, the awning can only go so far or apparently it won’t go back in, our shoreline power cord had mangled prongs on one side and many other things.

My boyfriend and I rented this RV to travel around the west coast of Florida, and it was perfect! The van is an ideal size, large enough to sleep comfortably and small enough to remain stealthy. We had a couple of hiccups on our trip (hence the 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5) but Moises was awesome, always available at the end of the phone, super helpful, communicative and understanding. The driving of the van was easy, there's plenty of storage and the amenities are convenient. The length of the van took some getting used to but it fits in parking spots! The AC kept us cool. and being able to open up all the doors really was a lovely touch.

We had a lot of fun on the RV. Things to know before hand: there are no sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, or cooking utensils. Make sure to bring your own. The RV got us along safely on our trip. Most of the electrical outlets inside do not work. I bought a coffee maker and had to plug it in at the front passenger foot area since that was the only plug that worked. There is a TV inside and outside that we were told initially turned on but does not have sound, we never tried to turn on the TV ourselves, but if this is important to you you should be aware. The beds are comfortable. All 8 seatbelts work.

This was my first time using this platform. I initially rented a different vehicle from Moses. He called me on the morning of the rental to advise me that the vehicle I requested was in the repair shop and he was hoping to get it back that afternoon. He called me that evening to let me know that the vehicle was not going to be available. But, he advised me he had just received a new vehicle that he was willing to rent to me. Making the vehicle swab through the outdoorsy customer service was also relatively easy. When we went to pick it up the next day, Moises was still learning about the new vehicle. He was very gracious and showed us what he knew. He then advised us that he would be very flexible on the pick up and return time. It was certainly nice to have a brand new vehicle to use. We appreciated Mouaes not abandoning us and offering us flexibility. Would certainly rent from him again.

Moises was accommodating and very easy to work with. He showed us everything about how to use the van. It was our first time in a camper van and we had a great time.
