We enjoyed the rental of beautiful, comfortable trailer. Ashley was a pleasure to work with. We weren’t able to tow so were happy that Ashley had someone to do for us. Very convenient and delivery was great, set up and picked up. Definitely would rent again. Thank you

Very disappointed with this trailer rental...a comedy of errors on Ashley's part. For example, we were told that the trailer was 23ft, only to find out later that it was 27ft, and thus required a different electrical connection to our car, at which point, we cancelled the rental. Later, when we rebooked the same trailer (because it was difficult to find another trailer at that time), we discovered that we had no generator, which was included in the contract. Ashley, however, was generous enough to travel 2 hours to provide us with a "flat" battery at our campground. Unfortunately, her efforts amounted to nothing short of a disaster.....we groped in the dark. Luckily, I had a few candles on hand. Finally, we were forced to use our own car battery to power the trailer--on Ashley's advice. Still, the refrigerator was not functioning properly, even when charged with the car battery. Interestingly by the way, there were no utensils or plates--plastic or otherwise, to eat our meals. Here, we were creative though and ate from a large frying pan like the pioneers. All this to say, that our weekend was less than stellar: glamping it was not! And when we tried to get some compensation, both Ashley and the Outdoorsy support team gave us the proverbial runaround. No surprise that we will not be renting from this company again!

Trailer is very nice and clean. Ashley is also very helpful. Would definitely recommend this travel trailer!

It was a pleasure dealing with Ashley. Extremely kind and organized. I highly recommend her and her husband. Everything that was communicated and listed was 100% accurate. Hope to rent there trailer again!
