Bill was excellent for communication, answered questions and responded to texts very fast. Some equipment should be updated, did communicate that to the family. Overall experience would rent for Bill again and would recommend this RV. Mechanically sound.

Bill was excellent to deal with. He was very helpful and flexible around pickup and drop-off arrangements. When just 2 days before out trip there was a problem with the generator he arranged a portable generator for us so that we can continue with out trip. He also responded to out texts during the trip. The RV itself is great given its age. Lot's of space, also has a slide-out. The fuel mileage is also decent. We'd rent from him again when needed.

This was a great little trailer however if you are taller than 5’5” this isn’t the trailer for you as you won’t fit in any of the beds. My husband and I ended up having to pitch a tent and the kids got the trailer to themselves.

This was our first time renting a travel trailer. We had a fantastic experience with this unit and it's owners. They were very friendly and accommodating, and answered any questions we had. The unit is very clean and in great condition. It was loaded up with everything we needed to enjoy our camping which was very convenient, and made packing/prepping a breeze. Table, camp chairs, small appliances, dishes, accessories, etc. Excellent experience and value.

The RV was perfect for our needs. Everything worked fine in the rig, it was comfortable, clean and road-worthy. Considering that we were going to Grande Cache for the Death Race, this RV was great to have at the Tent City location (running on generator power). An even better option would be to reserve an RV spot at the municipal campground so that you have power and water for your stay. Bill was super helpful and provided bedding for our trip.
