We have 2 Boys, 3 years and 5 months, we love to camp and were originally from Germany. I'm an assistant plant manager for a security door company and an avid hunter.

I don't have enough good things to say about Manuel and his toy hauler. From the moment I inquired through the Outdoorsy messaging system, he was responding quickly and thoroughly. He allowed for a last minute reservation and had the camper completely cleaned, prepared and ready to go. When we arrived to pick up the toy hauler, he was very detailed in showing us all the features on the trailer, how everything operated and where everything was located. Even when I arrived at our camp site, I couldn't figure out how to get an item to work and sent him a text message. Within 2 minutes, he was telling me how to turn it on. I was impressed! We had the time of our life and so many great memories with the family. I'm sad to say, I did accidentally cause damage to the interior of the trailer. Fearing the worst, we pointed it out on the return and, though disappointed (who wouldn't be?!), he has gone above and beyond to allow me to help fix it and make it right without nickel-and-diming me like so many other sellers might have and like he had every right to do. I'm SO grateful for that! If you're looking for a wonderful time in the great outdoors and an owner that will be communicative, there is no need to look any further. Manuel goes the extra mile and the trailer has everything you need to create great memories.

Manuel was awesome! Great communication and willing to work with me on all details. Flexible on pick-up and drop-off time. If you are looking for a great person to rent from, look no further. Manuel will be at the top of my list for future rentals. Trailer was great also. My half ton Ram 1500 pulled this toy hauler with ease. Plenty of room for my family of four and all our camping gear. Trailer was clean and everything worked perfectly. Trailer is in like new condition. Thank Manuel for letting us use your toy hauler for our camping trip up north.
