This was my first time using an RV and Jeremy was infinitely patient and helpful every step of the way. His trailer is so comfortable and it was a perfect size for our needs. If you want to rent from a friendly owner with impeccable customer service, rent from Jeremy!

It was a good experience. We didn’t know how to open the canopy but overall it was great! I went on the trip with my wife and 3 kids and we fit perfectly.

The camper worked out great. Jeremy and his son made sure I was taken care of with a compatible hitch & electrical, and the camper functioned just fine for our camping weekend. Thanks guys

we met jeremy and son on arrival time. both very nice . jeremy very knowlegable of the trailer and took the time to explain and show us the trailer. It had everything we needed to make this trip awesome.

Not only was this our first experience using Outdoorsy, it was our first time towing a travel trailer. Jeremy and his son Anthony were extremely helpful in answering all my newbie questions/concerns and were very thorough with explaining setup, use and tear down. Everything we needed, generator cable, weight distribution hitch, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, and even a S'mores kit as a 'thank you', they included.
The trailer itself was very clean and was the perfect size for our family of 4. Communication was extremely timely and coordinating pick up/drop off was seamless (they even when out of their way to meet us for drop off).
A great experience overall and I would not hesitate to book this trailer/owner again.

Great camping trip. Jeremy provided a clean, problem free trailer with plenty of amenities. His delivery and pickup service of the trailer was top notch. Communication was good. He always responded within a short time. We wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
