SHOCKED & EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED about my experience renting an RV for the July 4th weekend. Vehicle was delivered 2 hours late (5 pm) with no communication on delivery unless I messaged the owner. We were at the site at 1:30 with all our food and camping gear. Upon setup, generator would not start, mice throughout the RV & no Keurig as promised. Sent multiple text messages explaining our frustration to the owner about the generator issue that was never resolved & removed 2 baby mice & the mother mouse, there were still more baby mice in the RV because one ran over my foot. Messaged the owner again on Friday evening at 10:00pm to just come get the RV since we were unable to even stay in it. Owner assured us that he would refund $150 for the delivery fee and give us use of another newer RV free of charge on any weekend we choose as a token of his apologies. Upon arrival home today, I messaged the owner to make sure he was going to follow thru with his promise of the credit and use of newer RV at a later date. His response was that we trashed his trailer & put multiple holes in the wall and that I would be hearing from his attorney. Been on hold with Outdoorsy for over 30 minutes to report this incident & individual.....still on hold. Called my credit card company to have both charges reversed. Hopeful that my dispute will be approved. HORRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE OF RENTING AN RV & SHOCKED THAT PEOPLE ARE SO AWFUL. The RV problems were one thing but the response from the owner is just disgusting....SMH. Not once was I rude or ugly and I have all the text messages to prove everything. Just really disappointed at the moment.

Yes there was a small issue with the generator and it was fixed and working perfectly. You were informed of ahead of time that the generator would not run to AC units. He refused to except this and kept trying anyway which kept tripping the breaker. The trailer has been running perfectly all day on the generator while my repair team is in there trying to fix the damages that you caused and still have been unable to find any evidence of rodents. But trashing my trailer and knocking holes in the wall just because you can’t have your way is unacceptable and you will be paying for these damages I promise you. I have before and after pictures. And I was not threatening you with an attorney I am dead serious he’s already been paid and you will pay to repair my trailer. Out of over a year of renting my trailers out this is the first time I had a renter maliciously damage my property. Out of all of my rentals and all of my five star reviews you always have that one.

Great camper! We had enough room to sleep all of our family, camper was clean, linens were provided. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils were provided. We had the camper delivered to our site, and all hook ups were set up by the time we got there. Definitely happy with our rental choice.
