First off, Ben was very nice but seemed to be a bit busy and distracted when we met him to pick up the camper. He told us that his friend used his camper and dropped it off the day before. He them informed us that he didn’t have time to clean it which kind of rubbed us the wrong way. We entered the camper which was “lived in” for sure. The mattress was kind of disgusting, there was parts of the camper falling apart, the A/C vent looked like it never been cleaned. At this point we wanted to say we didn’t want to rent it but thought we’d loose $ so we just took it and figured we’d make the best of it. We deep cleaned the camper (shower, counters, fridge, everything) we took out the mattress and put our own in there. It was not what we paid all this money for to have to do this ourselves or have it be in this condition. But the best part is the toilet (black water) was never emptied by his friend or Ben and we had a full tank with a whole day and a half left of our 4 day trip which was not good at all. Mind you, there was just 2 of us…that is unacceptable!! We had to figure out other ways to go to the bathroom with no other facilities. We were not happy!! For the most part, we made the best of it but we were very disappointed in our rental. We have used Outdoorsy before and had the best experiences so we were pretty bummed about this one!

The camper was wonderful and perfect size for what we needed. Ben was very responsive and took the time to show my husband and I how everything worked. What a wonderful experience!

Ben was so easy to work with. We had a wonderful 2 week trip in the mountains of Vermont in his Jayco! It was perfect for the two of us and our two puppies! Thanks for a wonderful vacation Ben!

Great first RV experience! Loved the RV, it was easy to drive and had everything we needed. Ben was super helpful through the whole process and while we were away.

Been rescued us what a great experience we had with out such an awesome on her we never would’ve been able to come home from our camping trip thanks Ben you’re the man outdoorsy you’re all right to I guess :-)

Ben was a great person to rent the RV from. He was accommodating and willing to answer all questions. The unit towed well and everything worked except for some of the interior lights. This camper does not have a Y pipe for black and gray water outlets, so expect to switch the hose to drain both tanks. This is is a great little unit for a small family though. Would recommend.

Ben was exceptionally easy to work with
He responded to all our question nearly immediately on most occasions. As we were first time campers with a travel trailer he took the extra time in going over the setup and operation of the unit.
We had only one question in regards to the set up once we arrived at our campground and again he responded almost immediately.
Our experience was a positive one and would highly recommend Ben

First time,camping with an RV. Ben was very nice, helpful and guided me through hooking it up to the water hookups and even was there to answer my texts when I had any questions. Great experience and would rent from him again. If I can hook up to my truck with no experience anyone can with a little,guidance. Thanks Ben.

My family had an awesome time. This was their first time camping and thankfully it will become a yearly tradition. One of the main contributing factors to the overall experience was this RV which was in prestine condition. The finishes are high end, everything worked perfectly especially the a/c, and it was extremely spacious and comfortable for my family of three. I highly recommend it and look forward to next season!

RV was as described and in good shape. Everything worked as described. The cable tv when run thru the trailer is a bit fuzzy, but when I ran the cable from the site to the tv directly when I had the tv outside it worked perfectly. Freezer not full size but worked well. Ben was awesome. Very accommodating and easy to do business with. Very good experience with Ben and Outdoorsy site

It was clean and in good shape, there were a couple of issues with the locks on the bins, the frig took a while to start and the black tank indicator was wrong most of the trip.
