What a great experience it was to rent this RV for our Annual family Thanksgiving camping trip. 6 days of comfort and relaxation. Beautiful RV, very spacious, loved all the features, easy to set up and drives like a dream. I was surprised at how little time it took to get comfortable driving it.
The rental process was easy and Joanna and Scott were patient/informative in answering all of my questions before, during and after our trip. Such a nice couple that give you really great support and guidance (24/7 if needed).
We would definitely recommend Outdoorsy and especially Joanna if you're looking to rent a great RV.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Joanna Reid, she has been on top of the RV Rental right from the day we took interest in renting her RV...The rate was very accommodating for our Family and the RV very reliable and very clean. We never experienced any issues at all during the 12 days of our journey and travels to the Pennsylvania US...All paperwork was in order for Border crossing; going to the US and arriving back in Canada.
We definitely made a good choice going thru Outdoorsy and having the owners participate all along the way...they support you 110% with anything...We had a few questions pertaining to the technology of the RV Motor Home and were able to contact the Owner late in the evening and kept in touch right up until the time we returned the RV...They did an inspection and sent us the paperwork back on the return condition within 2 days...they don't fool around...we enjoyed our trip and will be contacting them again to rent this unit next year...
I highly recommend you who are seeking to rent a RV to do Business with Joanna Reid...She is so receptive and Professional, we liked her a lot and you will too!

We had an amazing time with their RV. it worth every cent, really! And it is not just about the money!
You are going to be welcomed by a nice, honest and lovely couple that are going to give you a really good support, for your safety and to fully enjoy your time with their RV.
They are real good people and in the end you are going to feel like you did the right choice, like I did!

They did not returned the deposit for some false allegations, Not trustable!

I'm sorry you feel you did not have a good experience Amir. As discussed with you, the majority of your deposit was returned in spite of the damage you made to the RV. The cost to repair the damage was actually more than the portion of the security deposit we held back. Our only expectation of any renter is that the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented out.

Enjoyed an incredible rv from great people! They made the process so easy and the RV was perfect. Clean, comfy and home away from home!
