Do not book from Rochelle! We had reserved her rv weeks in advanced and had messaged her a couple questions before we left with no response. An hour in to our 4 hour drive to pick up the rv we got a notification that Rochelle canceled our reservation. 3 hours before pick up! So there we were in the middle of no where with our whole family packed up with no where to sleep that night. Maybe there is a good explanation for ruining our vacation but we never got a single reply or message from her. Do not risk doing business with Rochelle or the outdoorsy service because apparently they allow the host to cancel a few hours before your reservation starts. Rochelle should not be allowed to list her rv if she is willing to cancel without explanation or in a timely manner. So disappointed!

This experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I originally booked Rochelle's RV to take my terminally-ill father down to California because he was unable to be transported sitting up in a car. I booked the RV on the SAME DAY that my father was supposed to be discharged. When the hospital decided to keep him for observation instead of discharging him I immediately informed Rochelle and asked for a date change to the next day. She replied promptly and the date change was processed. The next day they discovered an injury that required additional treatment so I again requested a date change. Rochelle didn't respond in time so my trip "began" according to Outdoorsy even though I hadn't picked up the motorhome. The next day Rochelle said she would work with us on the pick up date and appeared to be understanding. As my dad's condition evolved over the weekend it became evident that he wouldn't be able to make the trip for at least a week. At that point I immediately alerted Rochelle and asked her if I could cancel and then re-book as soon as my dad was discharged because of the volatile situation. Once a trip "begins" only the owner has the power to cancel and issue a refund, the renter cannot cancel, as I found out from Outdoorsy. After two days Rochelle finally responded that she would "address my concerns ASAP, that she was busy with other "check-ins". This was two days into a 7 day reservation that cost me $1500 and from that moment on Rochelle never responded to my messages, texts, or phone calls, and ignored me. I have spent no less than 20 hours with Outdoorsy messaging their reps, even opening a dispute to try to get a refund. Rochelle took 7 days to respond to the dispute, finally arguing why she felt that she should get to keep my money, even though I never used her motorhome and booked same day. I understand what an inconvenience it would be to cancel if I held the reservation for months or even weeks. However, the dates were blocked for literally 3 days before I asked if I could cancel, and I wanted to re-book as soon as I could! I wasn't even requesting 100% of the money, just 75% which was in accord with Outdoorsy's cancellation policy. Outdoorsy's customer service has been absolutely terrible. If you want to book this motorhome, do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you have problems or need to cancel, good luck communicating with Rochelle. And Outdoorsy will justify her lack of communication by saying "everyone's schedules are different". In this day in age there is no excuse for responding to messages every two days (especially on time sensitive issues) then flat out ignoring someone that has spent a great deal of money on a service provided by you. RENTER BEWARE!!

After a few hiccups to get us on the road mostly due to a lack of communication on both parts - I expected an early pickup the day we scheduled the RV and Rochelle didn't expect to have it ready until late afternoon...it could have been avoided had there been clear communication of the pick up and drop off times. Once we were ready to go there was a problem with the generator which caused another delay but Rochelle was all graciousness in her willingness to get that fixed for us before we actually hit the road. Despite leaving a lot later than planned we had a wonderful trip with the RV. It worked great and was easy to drive. We appreciated the linens provided and even some plastic/paper goods which I was not expecting. We also enjoyed cooking on the outdoor stove which we found underneath in the stowaway compartment. All in all it was a good experience and I would rent from Rochelle again.

Rochelle was extremely helpful and made the rental experience extremely easy! She made herself available to answer any questions about the RV during the trip which was greatly appreciated. The RV was as advertised and was very comfortable for the 4 of us on our 4 day trip. The vehicle ran great, the heating system was very effective, and the living areas were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Rochelle and this RV to any future renters!

Four of us used this RV for a 3 day trip to the national parks in southwestern Utah. The RV was as advertised and everything was in working order. As a first time RV user, Rochelle made the process simple and ensured that we were fully informed on the ins and outs of this RV before we left for the trip. The vehicle handled very well on the highway and even on the dirt roads we had to drive through in the southern portion of the San Rafael Swell. We had some slight issues keeping the generator running at night, but it was not much of a problem since we did not have much running on the auxiliary battery as we slept. The heater worked very well and we were very comfortable at night when the temperature dropped below freezing.
This RV is super comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to others!
