This was my first rv rental experience and it was awesome. I rented for a 4th of July party. I didn’t have enough room for all of my guests and I wanted them to be comfortable, so I rented this medium sized camper to park in the driveway. Jacob was awesome from the start with communicating with me to assess my needs and timeline. He came with all the necessary hookups. When I didn’t have an outlet that would work for the 30amp plug, he ran to the store and purchased the converter I needed. Then we ran the ac and tripped the breaker in my house. He stayed until we found a 20amp circuit that would work for the weekend and made sure we properly tested it before he left. He is a superstar. The rest of the trip went fine and he came to pick it up Sunday with no issues. I highly recommend this rig, it was perfect for our needs (4 adults stayed in it and slept well enough). The only recommendation I have is if adults are sleeping in it, you might want to grab a couple of foam toppers for the mattresses, they have not been upgraded. Children would be just fine sleeping on them though.

Jacob was great to work with! On time and super friendly! Camper was clean and great little personal touches that made it feel like home! Would absolutely recommend this camper was perfect for us and our grandson ! Thanks Jacob for helping to have a great week camping at SunOutdoors Cape Charles!
