Had a great trip. Matt and Marty were super helpful, friendly, and the camper worked great. It's a simple rig and helped create great memories for me and my boys.

I had an issue with the camper and they left me and my family stranded and told us to plan to stay overnight. It was a mess coordinating help. Hours in the heat on the phone. Never again.

I would just like to clarify that we as hosts did not have any control over this yes there was an issue with the camper I was in contact with Tisha and we went through outdoorsy for this issue outdoorsy called a tech to come out and it took the tech hours to get there and outdoorsy or the service company told her to plan to stay the night we had no control over that in the end she did not have to stay overnight and they got the issue addressed
